Today we are talking all about goals and intention setting ahead of 2023.
This is the best time to think about what you want to achieve and how you are going to make it happen! We're going to focus on breakthrough successes, not overnight successes. Because overnight success doesn't really exist. Overnight success can take 5-10 years... it may look like an overnight success but the hard work behind it is sometimes hard to see.
Two things that are very important to making these breakthrough successes happen, taking control over your career's path and figuring out what you REALLY want out of your career. I know that may not sound simple but listen now to learn more about how this is something doable for you as well.
